Board Planning 2023 Highlights
Every year board of directors meets together with the deputies to define the year's strategy. This year we could meet on 14 January at Soest office, thanks to our partner The PMO Company. The main three goals of this meeting were to define and agree on Chapter's key objectives, create an annual plan and update the catalog worksheet as part of mandatory PMI documentation. This year we have also updated chapter principles to provide our members with new PMI experience and deliver more value to the community. The principles are fundamental statements our Chapter identifies as priorities, ambitions, and guidance for future decisions. The new Chapter's principles are the following:
Partnership - We will seek and enhance opportunities to build new partnerships with communities, businesses, and governmental organizations to support the Chapter's mission.
Outreach - Through a commitment from the Chapter team and partners, we will drive PMI recognition in the Netherlands by promoting our content, products, and services.
The annual plan was created based on the above, and you may expect more new activities in our Chapter's calendar.
