Let’s face it! Not every Gantt chart goes as planned, and sometimes our “perfect execution” ends up looking more like “creative chaos”. But this is where the true learning begins!
In the upcoming editions of our newsletter, we are excited to feature your best PM failure stories; those moments when things didn’t go as expected, but you came out stronger, wiser, and maybe even with a good laugh. Ask yourself this:
Did your ideal plan go spectacularly off track? Did a small hiccup turn into a full-blown “learning opportunity”? Did a stakeholder surprise you in ways you didn’t anticipate?
We are calling on brave project professionals to share their “oops” moments, the lessons learned, and the wisdom gained.
