Build your Skills - Join the PMI NL Mentorship Program
The 5-month engagement program kicks off on 1 February 2022. The program aims to provide junior project managers (Mentees) opportunities to learn from senior project, program, or portfolio management professionals (Mentors).
Focus areas include project management, career development, and leadership:
Project Management – emphasizing PM skills, emerging trends, and strategies required to become a more effective and thriving project manager.
Career Development – attention to how you plan for the next steps in your PM career.
Leadership – enhancing leadership skills in holding high-stake conversations, developing influence skills, and establishing trust-based relationships.
