CAPM Young Potentials Program 2022
As part of our Chapter´s Academic Outreach program, 12 new students participated and completed in the first quarter of this year our CAPM “Winter” Curriculum. So, herewith a warm welcome to our 12 new Chapter members and we wish Daan, Jacqueline, Ernest, Youp, Quinten, Janneke, Zachariah, Emma, Konstantinos, Afshin and Johan good luck in becoming Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)!
Next opportunity for students!
We are currently preparing for the fall 2022, where we will organize a 4th curriculum of this CAPM4Students program, and for this we are now taking students' names for applications to this program. So, grab this opportunity if you want to, because the results of this program speak for itself.
We are happy to report that 95% of the 2021 students and 100% of all exam takers have successfully passed the CAPM exam, and even with exceptionally good scores!
These past students found this CAPM a great introduction to project management. Not only as a life skill but also as an opportunity to consider a role as Project Manager in the future; one participant already decided on making such a career change.
Thanks to our Partners …
This educational program is realized with our Chapter partner threon and TU Delft. With their support, students are provided with top-shelf virtual training, enrollment in the CAPM exam, and membership in PMI Global and the Netherlands Chapter.
Sven Gellens/Anton Zandhuis – threon: “The youth has the future, and it’s key to get them onboard for implementing and further developing better project management practices. And because at threon, talent development is close to our hearts, it is only logical that we wholeheartedly and very actively support this program. As a PMI-ATP trainer it’s very rewarding to experience the positive response of all students participating to this educational program as well as the exceptional success rate and scores when passing the exam.”
As this program expands, we are now also looking for additional partners to help us cover the cost of this educational program. If your organization is interested in supporting the future project workforce, please get in touch with us to learn how you can help encourage the continuous education of the next generation and grow our Chapter´s initiative to grow PM talent.
