CAPM4Student Event – Are you ready for your Dream Job?
Energy and enthusiasm flowed during the CAPM4Student Graduation & Job Fair Event on the 22nd of September at TU Delft. As part of our PMI Academic Outreach Program, we hosted a job fair and network drink with the Minor & Master project management Students of TU Delft.
Finally, after 2 years of Covid, we were able to celebrate face 2 face with our CAPM4Student grads the completion of their Certified Associate in Project Management.
To inspire Next Gen leaders of tomorrow, we invited Shell (Kabir Siraj), DXC (Hans Klopper), and the PMO Company (Henk-Jan Molenkamp) to share stories on how project management is applied within the Business.
A TED Talk about "the Future of Project Management" was provided by Sven Gellens (Head of Talent Management threon), and another by Vikram Srivastava (PMI Director of Events & Global HR Portfolio Leader at Philips) about "Project Management as a Life Skill." To give insights on how Project Management can advance your career.
The network drink was the Cherry on Top. The interactions between Students, Companies, universities, and PMI resulted in connections and opportunities for the future (New Talent, New Job opportunities, Guest Lectures & Speakers for Upcoming Events).
