Effective Enterprise Transformation: How to Set up for Success using Practices from the Disciplined Agile (DA) Toolkit
Within the PMINLCH Disciplined Agile Journey on November 10th, we had an insightful and stimulating discussion on how to make an Effective Enterprise Transformation by using the Disciplined Agile Toolkit with Priscilla Bakx-Kabai, PMI ATP-I and PMO Officer (LinkedIn) and Lenka Pincot, Head of Agile Transformation & President PMI Czech chapter (LinkedIn).
It was a great presentation of complementary learning of the Disciplined Agile toolkit Transformation process blade. It backed the theory with real case studies, examples, and tips on how to become an Agile Transformation leader.
We were also questioning if the transformation journey isn’t just about adopting Disciplined Agile® (DA™) or a specific agile framework. But instead, the DA transformation strategy is to improve by following a fit-for-purpose roadmap that reflects the situation you face and becoming a learning organization.
If you want to know more, please find the recording and presentation slides of the webinar on the Chapter website’ Members only area or contact us by email disciplined-agile@pmi-nl.nl.
