Event Highlight: Look back into emagine the future!
On October 12, our partner emagine hosted an event on skills and trends needed for project managers to prepare for 2030. With the teaser, "If you thought Agile was a game changer.. Well just look at AI!” the tone was set and expectations high. According to Gartner, the number of projects will increase in 2030, but AI will take over 80% of today’s project management tasks. Only shortly lining up some of the AI PM tools, we focused mainly on skills no AI can bring to a project: the human power. For PM to be ready for the future, we must work on our soft skills, leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial PM skills to deliver the expected benefits and align with the strategic goals.
The event was well visited by 100 participants from many industries, which made clear that this is a hot topic.
