I recently had the opportunity to attend the Strategic Portfolio Management Summit jointly organized by Projectum and Microsoft, which explored the transformative role of AI in strategic portfolio management. As we continue to navigate the digital landscape, this Summit provided invaluable insights into how organizations can leverage AI to enhance their SPM practices.
