Event Highlight: Strategy day

It’s that time of the year when chapter leaders gather together to discuss chapter strategy. It is a common practice for all PMI chapters, and the Dutch Chapter met on 24 June for a full-day workshop. The purpose of this meeting is to review the operational plan and budget (set in January), see if all is still applicable, and change, amend, or add new ideas.

From my personal perspective, chapter members should be proud of all the directors and their deputies. All of them came prepared, with fresh energy and great ideas. Our Chapter is in good standing and on its way to executing the operational plan. I’m also happy that we are implementing new ideas and I hope you will hear more about this during our end year event on 9 December.
