Event Highlight: Summit Inspirational Speech
The PMI Benelux Summit 2024 team welcomes Aseema Mishra for the inspirational speech during the opening ceremony. Please find her introduction.
I am Aseema Mishra, and I have been managing projects in the capacity of a scrum master, product owner, and project and program manager for over 8 years. I have a total experience working in IT of 14 years and a background in engineering. I have managed projects in domains ranging from nuclear insurance to setting up electric vehicle charging infrastructure and a lot more in between. I love the versatility of the experience a project manager can have. Apart from managing IT projects, I am a certified health coach and a meditation guide. Here is another interesting fact, my name "Aseema" means "Unlimited."
My talk is about change and resilience. I have been studying and researching this topic for a while, and I am fascinated by the human potential to change and its associated challenges. Based on a lot of personal experiences with changes in various aspects of life, I designed this talk to share my knowledge and experience. This talk will help my audience understand why changing is so hard. What does it take to successfully change any aspect of our lives? And if I am given enough time to speak, I will also provide my audiences with tangible tools to help make the process of change an enjoyable one.
