The Webinar "Finance Essentials for Project Managers" was held on November 17th. Presenters Paul Fagan (CEVA, PAiE, PMI) and Laura Roversi (Veolia, PMI) covered the topic of project cost management, diving into the different estimating methods, budgeting, controlling, key financial metrics such as payback and IRR. The webinar was well attended and received, the recorded session and materials can be found on the PMI Chapter website under the section knowledge center/members only.
