Chapter News

Hi everyone, and welcome to the PMI NL July Edition! My name is Elisa, and I'm a Customer Success Manager. I am responsible for implementing a Digital Shelf solution for e-commerce businesses.

Before moving to the Netherlands, I lived in the UK, where I studied Business Management and started working in technology in Business Development.

I'm also a Volunteer at PMI NL as Buddy Program Lead and a Mentee from the January intake. I'm really involved in the Chapter, and I love it!

I joined as a Volunteer in 2023, but I have been a chapter member for longer. I decided to start volunteering to network and learn from fellow professionals within the project management field. Connecting with other members has allowed me to broaden my knowledge, be involved in different initiatives, and join an inspiring community. It feels like a warm group, and getting to know others is easy.

As part of my volunteer role, I help chapter members with general inquiries about membership and the Chapter. I've recently had the pleasure of working on the launch of the Buddy Program, which is a great initiative designed to familiarize new members with the Chapter, its resources, and how to get the most value out of it.

I really enjoy volunteering and working with fellow volunteers. Everyone is very open and supportive, and I can feel the passion each one brings.
