Volunteering as a Mentorship Program Lead for the PMI Netherlands Chapter has been an enriching and rewarding experience that allowed me to leverage my organizational development and project management skills to guide and support emerging professionals in the field. Through this role, I have had the privilege of sharing my insights, knowledge, and lessons learned from my career journey and facilitating the process of knowledge transfer between mentors and mentees in the project management domain. The program fosters a collaborative environment where mentors and mentees can exchange ideas, strategies, and experiences, contributing to the professional development of both parties. It has also provided me with a profound sense of fulfillment by giving back to the project management community. This experience has further honed my leadership, communication, and coaching skills, reinforcing my commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence.
