Introduction of one of our volunteers: Sara Kadi
A few weeks back, I joined the PMI Netherlands Chapter as Communications Lead, and let me tell you, this place is buzzin' with energy. In the short time I have been here, I have already connected with many incredible professionals from all walks of life, each dedicated to pushing the limits beyond the usual 9 to 5 while balancing other aspects of life.
As I write these lines, my restless mind takes me back to when I stumbled across a question by Tim Grover: "Are you a cleaner or a builder leader?" I read on: Cleaners walk into chaos, they cut through the noise, and they make decisions that others can't. Cleaners don't just manage, they step in, marry uncertainty, and clean up the mess. I am a Cleaner PM! I realized that this was my mindset, and it is precisely the mentality I want you to have when you read our monthly newsletter.
