Deputy Partnership Lead

The Deputy Partnership role is perfect for someone who enjoys strategic collaboration, building relationships, and shaping long-term value for our chapter. Working alongside the Director of Partnership, you will help expand PMI NL’s partnership landscape by identifying opportunities, establishing agreements, and coordinating partner-focused initiatives. This role offers a meaningful chance to engage with business executives, support sustainability-aligned collaborations, and elevate the chapter’s brand.

Your work will directly contribute to strengthening the chapter’s network and enhancing the value we can provide to our members. If you’re organized, entrepreneurial, and skilled in communication or marketing - and enjoy working at a strategic level - this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your leadership capabilities.

Social Media Volunteer

Do you enjoy crafting engaging posts, supporting community growth, or staying tuned into digital trends? This social media volunteer role will place you at the heart of our chapter’s communication efforts. You’ll help shape PMI NL’s presence across platforms by promoting events, highlighting volunteer contributions, and showcasing the value we bring to project professionals. Expect a dynamic, creative environment where your ideas contribute directly to how the chapter connects with members and prospects.

This role is ideal for those who like content creation or community engagement and want to develop skills in social media planning, branding, and storytelling. With a commitment of just 2–4 hours per week, you’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communication team and help ensure our messaging stays consistent, vibrant, and aligned with PMI standards.

Audit Committee Volunteer

For those with an interest in finance, governance, or organizational transparency, the Audit Committee Volunteer position offers a valuable opportunity to support strong financial stewardship within the chapter. This role focuses on reviewing financial statements, assessing internal controls, and preparing independent evaluations for the Board and our members. You’ll help ensure compliance, ethical use of chapter resources, and good governance—all essential to PMI NL’s long-term success.

This position is well-suited for volunteers with a finance background or an understanding of financial processes. With an estimated commitment of 3–5 hours per month, it’s also a very manageable way to get involved in chapter operations while sharpening or refreshing your financial skills.
