Manage your NGO Projects SMART
The PMI NL Education Foundation (represented by Priscilla Bakx-Kabai) and Engineers without Borders (represented by Francesca Cori) provided an online project management training and guidance to engineers volunteering for Engineers without Borders.
Engineers without Borders is a volunteering organization providing its expertise globally in energy, water, circular, and school projects to developing countries. They support local organizations, NGOs, and entrepreneurs with passion, dreams, and ideas with the know-how to improve their lives and that of others and realize the long-term and sustainable impact.
The seminar was an interactive session, deep diving into a SMART Project Methodology with practical and real-life examples and tools from EWB.
