Dear PMI Community,

Hello from a New Member! Nil Patan, Program manager @Booking.com

I'm delighted to introduce myself to this vibrant community! My name is Nil Patan, and I'm BeNeLux Summit 2025 Volunteer and my motivation is deeply rooted in both a sense of connection to people and a genuine desire to learn and contribute.

I am originally from Turkey and I had no idea that my trip from Turkey to the Netherlands would turn out to be a lifelong endeavour when I began it in 2017 for a one-year project at Philips.

Professionally I bring over 10 years of experience in PMO craft, I have contributed to global organizations, including Siemens, and Philips. My work has focused on leading cross-functional teams across borders while building solutions that scale to achieve strategic value.

Today, at Booking.com, I’m a Program Manager, where I lead strategic programs that directly shape the traveler experience. What I really enjoy here is the blend of cultures, the speed of digital transformation, the emphasis on continuous learning and translating details into big picture impact.

Beyond the world of PM, I'm also a runner, book worm and a keen yogi who loves experimenting with new techniques. I believe these passions not only bring balance to my life but also nurture my spirit.
