Who we are:

Actually, we are 2 sponsors, Charlotte de Lange and Karin Rosch, both experts in our own field of expertise.

While both having our own company, we decided to start working together and combine our knowledge and our over 20 years of experience. We believe that Project Management is a true profession and that people play a key role in realising desired outcomes. Our mission is to support Project Managers in their growth and development embracing the VUCA world and its challenges.

Why

Project Managers play an important role in companies as they manage complex and impactful projects. They manage large teams and are often the companies face to the customer. With this huge responsibility and the day-to-day issues, they often mainly focus on realizing results and pay less attention to their own professional development. As project managers are confronted with a future that will become even more complex, volatile, uncertain and ambiguous, it’s crucial they take the time to invest in their own professional development and learn new mindsets, skillsets, toolsets to prepare for the future. 

Our first Program: HPPM

HPPM, The High Performing Project Manager is a development program for Senior Project Managers. The program is built on three pillars for success: Project Management, Leadership and Personal Development. In our year program - with training sessions, peer-reviewing, coaching, intervision and a group project - you will develop new skills and use new tools that support you as a Project Manager in a complex and changing world. You’ll be challenged to reflect on your way of working and to create new ways for being successful. During the year you’ll build an inspiring network with peers that will benefit you for the rest of your professional career.

The HPPM year-program, a voluntary obligation, will run twice a year. The next one starts in June 2021 and will end in April 2022. It is an open program for Sr. Project Managers from different fields and companies.
HPCK

Besides Project Managers, we want to support more professionals, therefor we created HPCK, High Performance Circles of Knowledge. There are 4 circles of knowledge focussing on ‘action & results’, ‘inspiration & motivation’, ‘coaching & support’ and ‘strategic & data driven thinking’. These circles source the new to develop ‘in company’ as well as ‘open’ programs for various target groups.
