Our successful 1st Face to Face Knowledge Sharing Café
After different online versions in 2020-2021, the first F2F Knowledge Sharing Café was held at Hogeschool Utrecht on November 23rd. PMINL Board Members, PMI members, and HU Project Management master students spent an exciting evening together. Guest speakers Steven Nijhuis (HU) and Wilbert Rijken (Aiden) gave presentations about how their organizations utilize project management skills and knowledge sharing in their internal programs/projects.
There were not only presentations. Lots of food and drinks were served during the event. Thanks to our sponsors, Aiden, for providing catering and HU for providing a meeting place to realize such a fun event. We even played a game together! A project manager's game: Requirement gathering to define the future format of Knowledge Sharing Café. Each game group included a mix of master students and PMI members so that students could interact with experienced PMs more closely during brainstorming. We collected many brilliant ideas to help shape the future of the PMI Knowledge Sharing Café. The event ended with a networking drink.
