PMI focused on member value and community
PMI Region 8 (Western and Northern Europe) leadership conference took place from 28-30 October. What was discussed by the European and Global leaders?
- Increasing member value
- Improving member community
- Building growth models for the future
- Focus on young professionals
- Sharing Project Skills as part of Social Good
While that seems like a lot of content to cover - one thing is clear PMI Europe has a lot of goals to improve our relevance to our members and our communities.
Over 25 speakers shared insight and ideas. We learned so much about what others are doing and how we can improve.
We also found that our experience with the Mentorship Program, our Events and Communications Teamwork, and the Education Foundation Student Programs were areas other chapters benefited from how we work.
