Recap of the Chapter’s Annual Meeting
To our Members and Volunteers; on behalf of the PMI Netherlands Chapter, I express my deepest gratitude for everyone who participated in our Annual Meeting on February 13, 2025. Your contributions are the heart of our success as we celebrate 25 years of empowering project management professionals.
Looking ahead, our vision aligns with PMI: NEXT Mission and PMI Global Strategy. For 2025, we've focused on four core areas: Growth, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Sustainability, and Social Good. Together, we will shape the future of project management and create a lasting impact.
With the energy and passion that fueled our Annual Meeting still fresh in our minds, we're excited to share some of the key moments and initiatives that will help propel us forward in 2025:
- Membership Growth & Partnerships: We’re anticipating record-breaking membership and stronger collaborations with consultancy firms, academic institutions, and NGOs to provide even more value.
- Empowering Young Professionals: With initiatives like the PMI Podcast and expanded academic outreach, we aim to amplify young voices and nurture the next generation of project managers.
- Social Impact & Inclusivity: We are committed to empowering underrepresented professionals and driving inclusivity in the field through programs like the Refugee and Young Leaders Mentorship.
- Sustainability: We are integrating the UN's Sustainable Development Goals into our projects, ensuring that our work benefits society and the environment for years.
