December is here, and 2023 comes to an end. During this part of the year, life slows down for some days. It is time to rest and spend time with our loved ones. Many of us also find time to reflect on the year closing and make plans for the one that will come.

Back in May, we started to publish The Review. A monthly suggestion for insightful readings dedicated to Project Managers. We wanted to share those titles with our community, which revealed shrewd ideas connected with our profession.
