Giving participants a multi-angle framework for connecting strategy, delivery, and value.

Dieter van de Scheur - Creating Clarity Under Complexity: Truth Telling by Design through Game Theory. Dieter shows how strategic interactions, incentives, and information asymmetries shape project outcomes, structuring the session around three moves: Understand the Game, Play the Game, and Shape the Game. To help participants design governance and incentives that increase delivery reliability under uncertainty.

Anton Zandhuis & Jeroen D'hulst - Leading Transformations That Last: Five Patterns Every Leader Should Know. Anton and Jeroen take an honest look at why transformations lose momentum, walking through five recurring patterns that quietly derail even well-intentioned efforts, and give participants a hands-on framework to apply to their own transformation challenges.

Yener Pala - The Invisible Contract of Project Success: Leading for Value, Trust and Impact. Drawing on complex cross-functional projects in aerospace and transformation, Yener shows how project leaders can move beyond task coordination to become architects of alignment, examining how stakeholder perceptions shape value and why trust becomes a delivery mechanism under uncertainty.

Vanessa Rouw & Lieke Geers - WOW, I Feel Gut! How to Navigate Complexity with Courage. Vanessa and Lieke introduce Value-Based Project Management, an evidence-based approach to leading from values rather than fear or bureaucracy, applying two practical VBPM interventions to a realistic transformation scenario drawn from their own PMO and governance work.

Karla Merza - Leading with Intention: Understanding the Leader You Already Are. In a second, more personal session, Karla guides participants through self-assessments and reflections grounded in emotional intelligence and values-based leadership, helping them recognize their own blind spots and leave with a personal action plan for leading with greater intention.
