Disciplined Agile: “Progression from Project Management to Value Delivery Management”
Within the PMI Netherlands Chapter's Disciplined Agile (DA) Journey in 2023, we continue to organize a series of events on the Disciplined Agile topic.
On May 10th, 2023, we had an insightful talk about Value Delivery Management from a Disciplined Agile perspective with Joshua Barnes, founder and President of Process Mentors Inc., a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP) and Consulting Partner (Linkedin).
We discussed how organizations could improve their value streams by using principles, strategies, and practices from the Disciplined Agile toolkit and what skillsets a Project Manager should have to become a Value Delivery Manager in order to improve the flow of value delivered to customers.
