It has been another exciting year for the PMI NL Mentorship Program. While the second intake is still ongoing, we received great feedback from our participants, which expresses the impact that the Mentorship Program is making in Mentee's professional lives:  "For me, the program is going very interesting and helpful. Together with my Mentor, we discuss my current job challenges in project management and my future plans. His advice and experience help a lot!".

The objectives and benefits of the program are, among others:

1. Share the wealth of knowledge and experience with fellow project professionals
2. improve PM skills and address challenges with one-on-one feedback;
3. contribute to the individual growth of Mentees;
4. become a reflective practitioner as you mentor and develop interpersonal competencies;
5. access opportunities for networking.

Since its inception, we have had 112 participants share knowledge, gain insights, and grow as professionals. As a Chapter, we are proud of all this initiative has accomplished and look forward to making even more of a difference and raising the PM community. In collaboration with threon, our Chapter Partner in this program, we will be hosting an in-person Meet & Greet for all Mentors & Mentees in November, and the team is excited to plan this event. Though this event is exclusive to participants, we would love to welcome members to participate in our next intake in January 2023.
