PM Skill Builder: How does Disciplined Agile (DA) compare to other Methodologies?
On April 4th, we had our first Disciplined Agile session of 2022 organized by PMI NL and Process Mentors, Inc.
We have chosen to start the DA Journey this year with the discussion to find answers to one of the most frequently asked questions by the participants of the DA events last year, “How does DA compare to other Methodologies?”.
To tackle how Disciplined Agile stacks up against other Agile approaches (such as Scrum or SAFe), Glen Little, a DA Coach, Instructor, and Consultant, and one of four DA Agile Fellows in the world, was helping us out during that joint session.
