We heard you - your input and comments from the “2021 PMI Netherlands Chapter Satisfaction Survey”
We received very positive feedback on:
- Great opportunities for professional development and networking
- Mentoring program
- Professional and engaged team
- Good volunteer opportunities
- Quality content
- Great transition to online events
We had greater member participation, and better results reported year over year.
From your comments, we had three key findings:
- Events and content-driven data are key for you
You told us you are ready to get back to live events (so are we). We have begun with hybrid events and look forward to more face time with our members in the coming year. Good to have: a variety of time slots for events, events for different industries, more value of membership, more events. - Our Social Channels and newsletters continue to be of value
So far, our new format has been well received. Let us know what you think by sending feedback to editor@pmi-nl.nl - Skill Builders Events and Blogs are a success, but more industry diversity was requested in construction.
This month our Zoekies award featured innovations in project management, featuring work in construction in 3 of the 4 presentations. In addition, our Skill Builders content blogs feature a variety of skills suitable for any industry. We are working to provide content and free tools to members where applicable. See examples of the Skills Blog from Feb.
Members' insightful feedback is used to support NL Chapter and local volunteer leadership in order to enhance the value our members receive from the NL Chapter via the programs, services, and networking opportunities it offers.
We want to thank all who answered the survey and provided feedback to help us improve the way we serve you, our members.
