Are you under 35, enthusiastic about project management, and ready to grow both personally and professionally? Do you enjoy organizing events, building communities, or leading new initiatives?

Then this is your chance to help shape a new movement from the ground up: the Young board, a new initiative within PMI Netherlands Chapter:

The Young board is a team of motivated students and early-career professionals working to shape a vibrant community for future project managers across the Netherlands.

This dedicated group plays a leading role in building our Young Professionals network, designing and delivering activities such as company visits, guest lectures, networking events, and training programs like CAPM for students. As a Young Board member, you will act as a connector between academic institutions, young professionals, and the broader PMI community.

This year, we are looking for five new board members to fill the roles of Chair, Secretary/Vice President, Treasurer, Director of Events, and Director of Academic Outreach. You’ll commit approximately 4 hours per week for one year, starting in September. Along the way, you’ll receive mentorship from experienced PMI members and work closely with stakeholders in education and industry.
