Experts live in their box, high-performers out-of-the-box

Power Skills

As the international gold standard for project management, PMI focuses on creating high-performing teams. But what is high-performance? And is there a difference with being an expert?

In this webinar we’ll have a closer look at how expertise develops:

  1. What does skill-acquisition look like?
  2. When does information or knowledge transform into understanding or wisdom?
  3. How can this help to bring you from a novice to an expert and a high performer?

As the title suggests, you can understand experts as operating within the box of the industrial standards they master, while high-performers ‘dare’ to function outside-that-box. Knowing how high-performance can develop in individuals, we’ll have a look at what this means for teams, especially those within a plan-driven, hybrid or agile environment.

Join us on Tuesday, 31 May 2022 at 12pm CET as we welcome our guest speaker Sven Gellens.
