The Team Alignment Opportunity for Project Managers
The Team Alignment Opportunity for Project Managers
with Lindsay Uittenbogaard, Founder and CEO Mirror Mirror
Research shows more alignment between people in teams provide a solid basis for effective decisions and actions, sustainable change, and improved performance.
Alignment doesn’t mean that everyone needs to be ‘on message’ or think the same thing. It’s about enquiry to understand different perspectives and options, towards consensus on an effective course of action.
A diagnostic and dialogic approach to improving team alignment is showing profound results with organizations around the world. The facilitator role is crucial to this because they support the alignment process objectively, helping people make sense of things on their own terms, so they can build a better and actionable shared reality.
