Join us for this workshop with the PMO Community interest group of IPMA Netherlands around the development of the PMO Monitor!
The purpose of the PMO Monitor is to keep track of trends and developments regarding the deployment, application range, results and requirements of PMOs in the Netherlands.
During this session, you will be facilitated to work in small groups to write/create potential questions to be used to gather insights into the maturity of the PMO and the impact of different methodologies, tooling, data management and skills.
