PMINL Webinar: Managing Projects in Uncertain Times (Option 1)

Power Skills

While we are living in uncertain times, as project managers, it is often our very job to plan around adversity and lead teams through troubled waters.
But how can we when our own lives are upended and the future feels unknowable?  We are lucky, we have a community built on a foundation of professional content and personal relationships meant for just such times.

April will be our first virtual meeting.  The topic will be 'Managing Projects in Uncertain Times'.  We will cover 5 areas managers may be dealing with. Followed by an open discussion on what individuals are facing, how each of us is handling our situation and projects.  Attendees can share ideas and experiences to support others.

Liz Hector, Director of Education Foundation and Academic Outreach, will open the topic, and then facilitate the discussion with all of you.  We hope you will make time to join us and invite those who may have heard or may not be members.

If you’re unable to attend the meeting on the 14th of April, we will run another live session on the 24th of April.

NOTE: Zoom link will be provided to registered users prior to the event date.
