Future-of-Work-How-Tech-can-Help-Improve-Key-Project-Meetings-webinar-v2-(1).png

Within the Disciplined Agile Journey PMINLCH continues to organize a series of events on the Disciplined Agile topic in 2023.

In December 2022, we explored the topic of Fostering Psychological Safety & Trust in Digital Workplaces with Disciplined Agile Practices. During this webinar, we are continuing the discussion and will learn how modern technology can foster psychological safety and other key elements to help us improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of our project meetings.

Today, the massive range of options that we have on tools and technologies should make it easier than ever for us to share data effectively and consistently. We will explore an agnostic view on how you can leverage technology to take your organizational communication and collaboration to the next level — an invaluable advantage in the pursuit of excellence.

Anybody who needs to make better decisions both tactically and strategically needs to hear it as it is. Of course, getting the unvarnished truth isn’t always comfortable. But it is much better to know and deal with real data and facts, rather than to have a “nice meeting” only to learn of unpleasant surprises or missed opportunities later.

Topics to be covered:

  1. DA™ Context Factors.
  2. Leading the way with PMTQ.
  3. Exploring decision points from the DA™ toolkit.
  4. XLeap case study: Facilitating Effective Team meetings.
  5. Q&A, wrap-up.

Neal Bastick is the CEO of MeetingSphere, makers of XLeap facilitation software. For over a decade, MeetingSphere has worked with facilitators and consultants to design a solution for project professionals who needed to run their workshops remotely. This has resulted in XLeap facilitation software, which supports collaborative problem-solving and decision-making processes for groups. XLeap includes features such as brainstorming, categorization, deep-dive, rating and prioritization, presentation and documentation, in a psychologically safe environment. Neal believes modern leadership should provide the tools that allow people to say what they think and know, and that information should be judged on merit, and discussed and prioritized accordingly.
