This chapter event is completely organized by two of our sponsors.
Primaned will be our location sponsor and dr. Stefan Hollak will start this evening with telling something about their company and the project controls that can help with change management.
Dr. Stefan Hollak is Manager of the Primaned Academy and also Consultant Project Controls. He is promoted in the development of renewable fuels and has a lot of experience in the optimizing project management and guiding tool implementations.
The rest of the evening will be filled by our Sponsor Management of Change, Bert van der Hooft.
As a result-oriented change enabler, you need to balance between giving direction and activating change. How to keep an integral overview of your change trajectory and how to activate change?
In this event, we share with you the experience of learning in action with the Change Lemniscate (see picture), empowering you with change instruments.
The Change Lemniscate is an integrated and comprehensive view on directing and activating change. It consists of 20 Change topics, covering each change method and loaded with instruments.
In this session, we focus on Closing the Change Gap with the Change Fish, designing the Change Communication Campaign and choosing Communicative Interventions. We do this in an interactive setting in which we experience a large scale intervention method for making sense of the change.
Be aware that we won't have long presentations, we share with you the experience. As a participant of a previous meeting told: this is the most affective session I even have seen in this field.
After the meeting, you will get an opportunity to discover the underlying learning material. You will leave this session with a handful of change instruments and an insight into the Change Lemniscate
Bert has a master degree in change management and has a lifelong experience in change with projects and programmes. He is driven by the belief that knowledge must be activated in order to be effective. You will experience his drive in this session, but also sharing the knowledge of your peers.
