Do you have to choose between approaches, or can you do the classical Dutch polder approach and mix them to please everyone?
The National Police struggled with these concepts. Marco de Jong and Jurjen de Groot, both principal consultants at Strict will share their approach and the visuals they used for this organizational change project which enabled the National Police to make choosing an approach easier. They facilitated this change process by visualizing the relationships between problems/limitations and respective solutions. A very interesting topic that is current in many organizations nowadays!
The second part of this Chapter Meeting will be featuring the General Members Meeting (ALV), a review of 2018 and discharge of the accounting for 2018 of our chapter.
