From Delivery to Impact: Why Project Managers Need to Be Sustainability-Literate

Speaker: Shushan Khachatryan van Krimpen (PMP®, SEA)

As sustainability becomes a core driver of business strategy, project managers are uniquely positioned to lead the change.
But delivering impact requires more than technical execution—it demands sustainability literacy.
In this 1-hour webinar, we’ll explore what sustainability literacy means for project professionals, why it’s critical to successful delivery, and how to start embedding sustainability into every phase of the project lifecycle.
Whether you're managing digital, infrastructure, or transformation projects, this session will give you the mindset, tools, and practical steps to stay relevant—and make a difference.
