May Afterwork Networking Session: Project biases of vooroordelen: een onderschat risico in projecten!

Power Skills

Projects are shaped not only by processes, plans, and decisions, but also by the cognitive biases that influence how people interpret information, assess risks, and make choices. In this session, we will explore how common project biases can affect planning, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, forecasting, and delivery outcomes. By increasing awareness of these biases, project professionals can improve decision-making, strengthen collaboration, and create more realistic and resilient project environments..

Participants will explore the 10 most important biases that appear in project environments and how they influence behaviour and outcomes. The session will examine how biases can affect estimation, risk assessment, communication, and team decision-making. Attendees will gain practical ideas for recognizing bias, how to prevent and mitigate, reducing its impact.

Please note that this session will be hosted by the PMO Company and will be held in Dutch.
