Exploring Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers

Power Skills

In today’s rapidly evolving project landscape, artificial intelligence is no longer a distant concept—it is becoming a practical tool that can reshape how project managers plan, communicate, analyze risks, and make decisions. Yet with the explosion of AI tools, many professionals face a new challenge: understanding not just what AI can do, but how to use it effectively, responsibly, and strategically within real projects.

This webinar is the first part of a 10-session series dedicated to exploring Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers. Throughout the series, participants will progressively discover how AI can support and transform project management practices—from structuring AI workflows and mastering prompt engineering to understanding the risks of AI tools, fine-tuning models, developing AI agents, and anticipating how AI will reshape the future of work. Each session will focus on a specific theme, providing practical insights and examples that project professionals can apply in their daily work.

This first session serves as an introduction to the entire series, offering a broad overview of the main concepts and technologies that will be explored in more depth in the following webinars. It is designed to give participants a clear understanding of the AI landscape and help them build a structured mental map of how these different topics connect and apply to real project environments.

During this interactive session, Jonas Rechreche, MBA in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam, will combine academic insights with practical perspectives on how AI tools are already transforming the work of project professionals. Jonas also holds the PMP® (Project Management Professional) and CPMAI® (Certified Project Manager for Artificial Intelligence) certifications and has been developing multiple AI-driven tools for organizations.

In the AI series, we will explore:

  • How artificial intelligence is reshaping the role of project managers
  • The fundamentals of AI workflows and how they integrate into project environments
  • The basics of prompt engineering and how better prompts lead to better results
  • The emerging world of AI agents and autonomous task execution
  • The opportunities and risks associated with AI tools in professional settings
  • What fine-tuning AI systems means and when it becomes relevant
  • How AI may transform collaboration, decision-making, and the future of work
  • Practical examples of how project managers can work with AI to add value to their work

Participants will leave with a clear framework for understanding AI in project management, practical examples of how these tools are already being used, and a roadmap for the topics that will be explored throughout the remaining sessions in the series.

Whether you are curious about AI, already experimenting with generative AI tools, or looking to strategically integrate AI into your projects, this session will provide the foundation needed to navigate the rapidly changing AI landscape with confidence.
