Prompt Engineering – Learning to Speak AI
AI Webinar Series for Project Managers
A 10‑Session Learning Journey into the Future of Project Work, Session 2 Learning to Speak AI
Artificial intelligence is no longer a future concept, it is already transforming how project managers plan, communicate, assess risks, and make decisions. But as AI tools rapidly proliferate, a new skill is emerging as critical: knowing how to speak the language of AI effectively.
Prompt engineering is the difference between average outputs and truly valuable insights. It is the key to unlocking the full potential of AI in real project environments.
This session is the second workshop in a 10-part series dedicated to exploring how AI can support and transform project management. Building on the foundations introduced in the first session, we now move from understanding AI to actively using it with precision and intent.
Throughout the series, participants will progressively develop practical capabilities—from structuring AI workflows and mastering prompt engineering to understanding risks, fine-tuning models, building AI agents, and anticipating the future of work.
In this session, you will explore:
- Why prompt engineering is becoming a core skill for project managers
- The fundamental principles behind effective prompts
- Proven frameworks to consistently improve AI outputs
- Practical prompt libraries and real-world examples
You will leave with:
- Actionable techniques to significantly improve AI-generated outputs
- A clear framework to structure and refine your prompts
- Proven prompt structures you can directly apply to your projects
Whether you are just starting with AI or already experimenting with generative tools, this session will help you move from trial-and-error to structured, high-impact usage, enabling you to integrate AI into your projects with confidence and clarity.
