AI Webinar Series for Project Managers

A 10‑Session Learning Journey into the Future of Project Work, Session 3 Practical AI Use Cases – Turning Potential into Impact

Artificial intelligence is already transforming how project managers plan, communicate, assess risks, and make decisions. The real challenge today is no longer what AI can do, but it increasingly lies with the user. The real challenge is now when and how to use AI effectively.

In practice, many opportunities to leverage AI are overlooked, while in other cases, it is used too broadly or without sufficient control. The key is finding the right balance: integrating AI where it creates value, with the right workflow, while maintaining ownership, quality, and sound judgment.

This session is the third workshop in a 10-part series exploring how AI can support and transform project management. Building on the foundations and prompt engineering skills introduced in earlier sessions, we now shift to hands-on, practical application in real project scenarios.

In this session, you will explore:

  • When to use AI and when not to
  • How to match the right AI tools to specific project use cases
  • How to integrate AI into your workflows while maintaining control and quality

You will leave with:

  • A clear decision framework to identify high-value AI use cases
  • Practical and varied examples you can directly adapt to your own projects
  • A structured approach to embedding AI into your daily workflows

Whether you are just starting with AI or already a seasoned user of generative tools, this session will help you move from trial&error to focused, value-driven usage, so you can apply AI where it truly makes a difference.

Throughout the series, participants progressively develop key capabilities—from structuring AI workflows and mastering prompts to understanding risks, fine-tuning models, building AI agents, and anticipating the future of work.
