5 November 2026 – International Project Management Day Gala Dinner: Kick off the Summit experience with an exclusive Gala Dinner the evening before the main conference. This celebratory gathering brings together speakers, partners, and the project management community to honor 25 years of PMI Netherlands and the global impact of our profession.
6 November 2026 – PMI Netherlands Summit Conference: A full day of keynotes, breakout sessions, panels, and networking focused on the theme “Projects with Purpose: Building Value for Tomorrow.” This in-person event brings together a diverse, forward-thinking project community from across the Netherlands and beyond to discuss how project professionals can move from executors to strategic enablers in their organizations.
During this inspiring summit you can expect insightful keynotes from leading voices in project management, engaging panel discussions on the future of the profession, practical breakout sessions and workshops, and ample networking opportunities with the wider PM community.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers
Cancellations received 60 days or more before the event start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received fewer than 60 days before the event start date are not eligible for a refund. Registrants who do not attend the event (“no‑shows”) are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. At the organizer’s discretion, a registration may be transferred to another person at no additional cost, provided the transfer request is submitted at least two (2) weeks before the event start date.
