Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers
Cancellations received 60 days or more before the event start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received fewer than 60 days before the event start date are not eligible for a refund. Registrants who do not attend the event (“no‑shows”) are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. At the organizer’s discretion, a registration may be transferred to another person at no additional cost, provided the transfer request is submitted at least two (2) weeks before the event start date.
