PM Fair: Staying Engaged in Challenging Times

Power Skills

Staff engagement has never been more important in these challenging and uncertain times. In this session we identify some of the key factors needed to keep you and your team motivated, engaged, and effective in role. For example: holding the locus of control; projet ownership; setting priorities;  maintaining healthy boundaries and avoiding distractions

We look at the support systems needed to create a healthy workplace, whereveer you are working from.  We will  explore what you can do as a project manager to keep the whole team engaged  and motivated.

You will walk away with  a better understanding of what is needed as  well as practical hands on tools to keep engagement high on the projects you manage.
