PMI Partner Event: ‘Power Your Projects Platform’ Showcase

We address all these points and more, as we dispense with the project data-drudgery in showcasing just how well PPM decision making can be improved via proper cutting edge tooling. In this session, we will describe an optimal PPM approach aligned to the PMIs approach and then demo it via the Microsoft Power Platform & associated tools.

  • Aspira will describe a more effective PPM decision-making approach and showcase the deployment of low-code business applications that drive PPM process standardisation & efficiency.

  • Lead to process efficiency through standardisation
  • Reduce manual effort
  • Increase process mobility (Input Ideas from smartphones, tablets & PC’s)
  • Increase employee engagement in innovation & project execution

  • An overview of the PPM process (High Level); incl. indicators where your organisation might need PPM
  • An Overview of the Power Platform; touching on associated MS technologies.
  • A demo that combines various Power Platform tools in the PPM process, including:
