Within the Disciplined Agile Journey PMINLCH continues to organize a series of the events on the Disciplined Agile topic.

This time it will be an interactive online workshop organized together with the Disciplined Agile Team Europe: Disciplined Agile Experts, Trainers & Coaches who will present and explain how to implement Disciplined Agile.

They will give a short introduction and explain Disciplined Agile with a showcase and a practice example for an Agile Transformation with the DA Toolkit and how to choose your WoW, your Way of Working. At the end you can ask questions and will be a discussion with the DA experts.

At this Interactive Live Online Workshop:

About the Speakers

Frank Tassone has more than 25 years of experience as a classic, agile and hybrid project manager and training for project management. He trained more than 2500 people in project competencies, agile and hybrid. Frank was member of the first PMI DA Instructor Master Class at Atlanta 2019. He is the 1st Certified Disciplined Agile Instructor & Coach (CDAC/CDAI) in Germany and the company he founded, ALVISSION Training was the first Authorized Training Provider (ATP) from PMI DA in Europe. His Project Management Training and Consulting Company was 2019 awarded from German Ministry of Economy. With their Social for Goods Project “PM@VR for Kids” and “Live Project Management Training in Virtual Reality”, ALVISSION Training became awarded with the 2nd place of the International Project Management Innovation Award (Academic stream). As speaker at international events as PMICON 2019, SMARTCOM Berlin and other conferences and scientific forums, he brings his message to the listener in an entertaining way. He explains complex issues in such a way that even children understand them and listen with joy.

Daniel Gagnon is a Senior Organizational Agility Advisor with close to three decades of diversified consulting, training, project management and IT experience. For the past ten years, he has specialized in Agile at Enterprise scale, holding multiple roles within the TD Bank Financial Group, ultimately reaching the position of Senior Manager in the Enterprise Project Management Office, and more recently as Enterprise Agile Practice Lead for Desjardins, North America’s largest credit union, from February 2017 to July 2018. In both instances, he took an active role in developing and implementing the financial institution’s agile methodology. Already one of fewer than 40 Disciplined Agile Coach Instructors in the world, he was recognized In March 2019 by Mark Lines and Scott W. Ambler, founders of the Disciplined Agile approach, as the world’s second Disciplined Agile Fellow besides themselves. He has been increasingly active on the conference and speaking circuit since 2017, with engagements at local Agile events, vendor and academic institution sponsored events and webinars. Over the years, he has provided training to over 2,000 individuals in Scrum, DA, SAFe, PMI Montreal’s Agile Certified Practitioner test preparation course as well as a bespoke, 40-hour agile project management class at Montreal’s McGill University. He describes himself as a passionate host leader and ethical disruptor.

Frederic Lieser DASSM, Digital Platform Expert and Trainer at ALVISSION Training loves to entertain the students and workshop participants with his Digital Learning and Collaboration Platforms. He guides the people in an interactive and short while matter through the practice sessions.
